Folge 29 - Amateur to Olympia in 5 weeks with IFBB-Pro Antoine Loth

In der heutigen englischsprachigen Folge hat Moritz die Ehre in Antoine Loth auch bekannt als „Grumpy Grizzly“ seinen ersten Olympia Teilnehmer als Gast zu haben.

Die Beiden kennen sich bereits vom Pro Qualifier in Portugal Anfang Mai, bei dem Antoine im Overall haarscharf an seiner Profi-Karte vorbeischrammte.

Nachdem er sich dann kurze Zeit später in Spanien seine Profi-Lizenz sicherte, wechselte Antoine auf Rat von seinem Coach Stefan Kienzl vom Bodybuilding in die Classic Physique, wo er in Portugal am gleichen Ort, an dem er noch vor 5 Wochen seine Profi Lizenz verpasste, die Olympia Qualifikation durch seinen Sieg auf dem Profi Wettkampf erreichte. In der heutigen Episode wird aber nicht nur Antoines Werdegang gesprochen sondern auch hinter seine Fassade geschaut. Das Beeindruckrendste an Antoine ist nämlich seine „Never giving up“ Mentalität, die ihm nach unfassbar vielen zweiten Plätzen nun den Sprung an den Gipfel des Bodybuildings beschert hat.

After missing out on turning Pro in Portugal, Antoine finally got his Pro Card in Spain. As advised by his coach Stefan Kienzl, he then switched classes and competed in Classic Physique at the Pro Show in Portugal, the exact same stage where he missed out on turning pro just 5 weeks earlier. By winning this show, he qualified for the Mr. Olympia 2023.
